掇菁擷華 Refinery

思緒過程是連續的,不停發展著。
一張照片就好像是一本書的摘錄,而這個摘錄有一個特殊的意義來凸顯此書的意境。如果有一個可以從feuille料理實驗室的烹飪哲學中節錄的部分,那就是如何設計feuille料理實驗室的食物,讓顧客更貼近自然。不僅僅是象徵性的,而是能讓用餐客人的身體上將在感官上真實感受,“我覺得我在沙灘上曬太陽”,或者“我聞到了森林的潮濕氣息”,這些陳述和個人經驗正是feuille料理實驗室所追求的。
追求這個目標的時候,無意中拖住了feuille料理的前進的腳步。這個問題帶來了質疑聲,是否能夠以此料理哲學來體現效果,並且對用餐經驗達到期望與產生影響。這項研究將會繼續下去,希望能夠在下一個轉角裡得以找到答案。
Refinery
Thought process is continuous and evolving. Taking a snapshot of it is like picking an excerpt out of a book. And that excerpt has a special meaning and purpose to reinforce and characterize the context of statements. If there is an excerpt that may be taken out of feuille food lab’s cooking directions, then it’s how to design feuille food lab’s food to bring diners more close to the nature, not just symbolically but also physically to the point where diners would relate their dining experience to the feelings incurred when actually outside. “I felt I was taking a sun bath on the beach,” or “I smelled the damp of the forest,” and these statements accompanied with personal remarks are exactly what feuille food lab is striving for. Sometimes creating that aim inadvertently holds feuille food lab back as there are questions and doubts if this is “the dish” that could truly deliver feuille food lab’s philosophy and would have the same desired impact and effect on the diner’s dining experience. Therefore, the research encouragingly continues on, hoping to find that promise beckoning at the next corner.
